Very responsive
I needed a piece in about a week and a half on the other side of the country. Trueform was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I ended up not ordering it out of scheduling precautions, but will certainly in the future.

Love the products, but long lead time
Love the products, but the lead time is way too far off. I would suggest you keep a small amount of your most common and popular colors in stock.
Response from Trueform ConcreteMay 21, 2018
Thank you for your feedback Kris. Since the last time we spoke, we have created a new inventory program. Our most popular standard items now ship in under 3 weeks! Continual improvements to our production process have also decreased our current custom project lead time to approximately 3-5 weeks. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again!
