I bought a Rolex for myself from TrueFacet. The watch has had a couple of problems and needed to be returned to TrueFacet for repair and servicing a couple of times. TrueFacet has been nothing but professional in addressing the problems and honoring their guarantee. I will consider buying from them again.

When they sent me back my watch that didn’t sell they only sent me the watch. They kept the winding key and the bag it was in. Edit: they contacted me after reading this review and said they threw away my items because they weren’t branded. I contacted them with pictures of the bag and winding key with logo right on it and they ended up finding my bag and winding key, the string of the bag was broken, but at least I got the winding key back. Decent follow up with customer service.

Amazing service! I bought my fiancee a watch from TrueFacet, and it arrived exactly as described. Shipped out in a timely manner, and Allison from customer service was so pleasant and dispelled any doubts or worries I had. Would recommend them if you're looking to buy a luxury piece, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg on something brand new.
