I purchased a Raymond Weil Maestro from Truefacet. The ordering process was amazingly easy and quick. I had a few questions prior to my order and their sales team was able to assist me right away. Shipping was super fast, I received my watch in under a week. My entire shopping experience was great, I love my new watch thanks to TF !

I had ordered a watch and it didn't ship for a while. Apparently the vendor they had partnered with were trying to send another Rolex. That vendor received a strike of sorts according to Truefacet. To retain me as a customer they offered an additional discount on a watch of my choice. It came with no issues. I will definitely continue to browse their assortment for items of interest. This will probably not be my last purchase from them!

The watch, a Rolex Skydweller was fantastic. I deducted one star because the of the delay in delivery. They say this was due to the Jewish holidays and I can understand that. What I can't understand is why they didn't tell me about the delay after several requests for updates on the shipping date, which they responded to very quickly. All in all, I believe I would be willing to deal with them again.

Worst experience ever :( These guys don’t know the ABCs of customer service. They keep you waiting forever, impossible to talk anyone on phone and you’ll never get a tracking number! I cancelled my order 11 days after no news and till today Iam waiting for my refund. I was told twice that the refund was processed and after 4 working days my bank doesn’t have a clue.

Upon review, customer filed a dispute which led to delays on his order processing as we didn’t understand why, then demanded a refund even though the dispute was opened. we tried our best to explain we are unable to refund an order while it’s in dispute but customer still demanded the order to be shipped. Our compliance/fraud team was all over this one from the start. This review is not justified. Fraudulent customer.

Ordered a cartier bracelet, waited for six weeks did not receive the bracelet. They keep saying I'll receive it the following week until I cancelled on the six week. I received a refund but missing 52$. Emailed Hetal more than 3x to refund me in full since I never received the product. Three emails and until now no response. They were quick to respond when I was waiting but never response for my full refund request. I was very patient with them and instead of an apology they didnt give me a full refund.

Please whatever you do pleaseeeee DO NOT order from this site!! We purchased a $7000 Rolex that we never received... They were lying every day about having a tracking number and each time i checked fed ex no package! It was literally 4 weeks of lies !! Luckily my bank refunded my money.Please ppl if you are reading this DONT waste your time or Money!!!

This review is not justified, we were in constant communication throughout the entire process. In the end, when the custom diamond Rolex watch was finally ready after its beautiful transformation, the customer backed out and demanded not to ship the watch. At this point, we refunded the client no questions asked. The refund process takes 3-7 business days depending on the bank or credit card company policy and this was also communicated effectively.
