TruefacetReviews of truefacet.com

I originally received a Rolex and wanted to return it... The return was quick and I actually found a better selection and they quickly got it to me.. customer service was fantastic

Great site ..exellent customer service and fast shipping ..can be more happy!!!thanks trufacet!!!

This is my second Rolex that I have bought with True Facet and I cannot be more pleased both with the customer service, short delivery time and tremendous value. The selection of Rolex's is unparalled to any site. (And I did my research!) I was looking for a pre-owned Datejust watch and ended up finding a brand new Datejust II for less than a pre-owned. The Rolex store in PA didn't even bother to return my call when I was ready to buy a brand new one. (Clearly they lost the sale!) Needless to say, I'll be shopping here again for my next one - Preowned or NEW!

I recently purchased a Tiffany necklace from True Facet. Their Customer Service is First Class. They guarantee the authenticity of all their jewelry. Fast and secure shipping too (via FedEx with signature required). I highly recommend!

I bought an Hermes watch and Cartier ring from TrueFacet. They arrived quickly and I'm happy with both of them. I hadn't bought any luxury consignment before, so I was concerned about the possibility of fakes, but I was able to have everything authenticated upon arrival.

The best part about Truefacet that their prices are lower compared to other, fast delivery and no tax in California.

TrueFacet offers fantastic customer service. A seller had sold a watch, that I had purchased, through another site. I worked closely with Hetal and was able to fulfill my order and surpass my expectations!

True Facet has a great selection of luxury jewelry items at reasonable prices. Their customer service is helpful and has assisted me numerous times with several transactions.
