Disappointed in this service
We have always used Tax Excise until this year. I thought it would be a good idea to shop it out to keep rates competitive. It has unfotunately not been the greatest experience using Truck Dues. I filed my 2290 on 8/31/2017 and received my schedule 1 within 10 minutes. No problems! We purchased two additional vehicles and I did the same thing. I never received my schedule 1. I messaged on the chat and they repeatedly told me give it 30 minutes and made no effort to see what was going on. This went on for over 8 hours. I spoke to the IRS three times, left two messages with Truck Dues, and called Truck Dues three additional times, but not once did an actual person answer the phone. Truck Dues never called back and the IRS is insists that they have accepted the return and my problem is with my e-file company, who I cannot reach.

Dear Jill Davis, thank you for trying out TruckDues for your 2290 needs. We sincerely regret for any inconvenience caused. There was a huge volume of returns filed on August 31, that was the deadline for 2290s and we were taking every possible steps to get all the returns processed with the IRS in-spite of the virtual traffic and heavy inflow. We did had a technical outage because of a server certificate error with one of our vendor and we don't want to take advantage of that. Please accept our sincere apologies and we're happy to understand the first return went through and you get it all done in 10 minutes. We will definitely introspect and do a detailed analysis on the log to see what actually happened to the return you're pointing about. We will make sure that is not hitting our service by any means in the future. Thanks again for letting us know and hope to get associated with your for a long run. Thank You.
