They lie about unlimited filings for a year
They advertise a unlimited filings for one year. Which they define as June-May. Small problem I am sure you all can see is that the 2290 runs from July-June with the due dates being August-July. So you are not actually getting a full year's filing, but only a partial year. Their customer service is not helpful at all.

This service has a lot to be desired-do …
This service has a lot to be desired-do not respond to phone messages, emails, nor is their site functioning properly. Left a phone message informing them their site links do not work and a day later no reply nor is the site working. Tried calling and calling with no answer. Do not sign-up with these people. Waste of time and money. They don't even deserve one star.

worst service ever
I filed 8849 from their website , but I didn't get my refund from the IRS , because truckdues didn't sent the form to IRS , So after I contact them to see what happen with my claim , I didn't get no respond ,so after 3 months the IRS sent me a notice tell me that they received my claim (8849). don't waist ur time with those guys !!!!!!!! if u like to fix the issue you could contact me : HY&Z corp

Dear Sadiq, sorry about the inconvenience caused. I could see you filed 2 returns through us in 2015 and a sch-6 claim in 2016, you got the acknowledgement instantly. We're an IRS Authorized provider where we send your return to IRS for processing and share the acknowledgement back to you. We did our best in your case, it is the IRS who delayed your refunds. We don't have authority beyond e-file. Hope you understand. Thanks again for being patient and bringing this to our notice.
