Had multiple issues over the time with this company. Left a bad review and they deleted my account haha. Then some little girl named Brian reached out to make fun of me because I asked to have them try to make it better and I'll be happy to change the review. Crazy stuff, would not recommend

Terrible customer service, deceiving pricing, and delays on shipping with no option to. rush delivery

It’s going to be over a month from the time I tried to get started before they’ll even give me an appointment. That clearly doesn’t match the timeline advertised on their website. The customer service has been disappointing. Every interaction has made it feel like I’m a burden instead of a paying customer. I’ve used other TRT providers in the past, and based on this experience, I’ll be going back to one of them instead.

I have been using TRT Nation for about a year. The last time I went to get new labs and have a consult, the Dr. did not finish his process and my presciption was not sent to the Pharmacy. I waited 10 days to call TRT nation to find out what happened. Because of the improper handling of my order, I have to wait another 7-10 days for my TRT to arrive. Very disappointed.

I've been with TRT Nation for almost three years. The experience has been flawless, and they got me to the optimization I've strived for. They follow best practices, but understand each patient is different. My team filled in the gaps that other providers were unable to touch. Happy to see the new offerings of peptides for the longevity space.

Tried to get basic information on their TRT services and set up a consultation, but they wanted me to pay for 2.5 months of treatment up-front before even speaking to a provider or doctor. I don't even know how that's legal since I have yet to be approved for treatment by a professional. They refused to give any additional information. Absolute scam. Stay away.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this is literally extortionate prices. They get people on test, which once you're on you need to be taking, then charge them through the ROOF. They take $40 items and make them $400. Without providing ANYTHING else. Besides writing a prescription. A truly gross/immoral business.

Pricing is out of this world and unbeatable for prescribed therapeutic materials. While the company may not respond right away by email with an answer, they’re a phone call away. Never had an issue with lapse in medication. They use at least one compounding pharmacy that I know of, and there’s a little lag between when you order and pay and when the pharmacy receives the order and then it ships. Maybe two weeks from payment to doorstep. Faster than some new medications my family had been prescribed. They setup an initial blood test, followed by a phone consultation and confirm you’re at least stable enough to start any of the therapies offered.
