Delayed shipment but awesome customer service and products
I bought 2 posters and a tapestry and I am pleased with what I got. They look exactly like the pictures. The only issue I ran into was the slight delay in shipment due to them taking longer than expected on the tapestry. I ended up recieving my package about a month after the date of ordering it (Still, not that bad). The team was really good at updating me on what was going on, and they even sent me a free sticker as an apology for the delay!

Bamboozled
Wish I did my research about this company beforehand. It's been nearly two weeks now and I haven't heard anything about my order other than the occasional automated "we're thinking about you!" message. Ya, sure. Called, emailed them.. no reply. Curiously enough, I looked up the poster that I ordered and the only other website where you can find it is on ebay. Used prints of it run for eighty dollars there and it hasn't been in production since the nineties.. what's going on here??? Not sure what's going to happen however I'll be filing a credit claim if I don't hear anything else by next week. If you're in the market for blacklight posters, stick to Amazon. EDIT: They reached out to me a day after this review and finally sent out my items and included a sticker. They are a legit business after all. Thanks Trippy Store

I see that you emailed our customer service on 4/25 and we were able to reply the morning of 4/27 with your scheduled shipping date. We emailed a shipping notification on 4/28 with your tracking information. I am sorry for the wait. We mention on our website that typically an order ships within 8 business days, but I see yours shipped on the 10th day. The poster arrived damaged
The poster arrived damaged. I told the company, they said they would reach out in a few days. It has been well over a week and I haven’t heard anything. There is a crease right down the center of the poster.

The UPS is usually quite good, but unfortunately this does occasionally happen. I see that our customer service previously requested that you please email us a picture of the damage to your poster. Do NOT order from this company
Sure wish I'd checked them out before ordering. They happily took my money immediately for a product they knew they did not have and could not ship within their promised time. Or perhaps any time. I believe this is the definition of fraud. I have requested cancellation of the order and a full refund 3 times without success. You will want to shop elsewhere.

Your order was placed on 3/5 and was originally estimated to ship on 3/15, but it became delayed and shipped on the 12th business day. I am sorry for the wait. There is NO "Customer Service" !!
There is NO "Customer Service" !!! All you get, after ENDLESS shipping delays, is the "possibility" to WASTE even more of your time leaving a VM or sending an email, that will NEVER be returned !!!

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles! After a pretty average prior experience with Trippy Store I decided to risk another purchase. On October 30 2022 I ordered some posters intending them to be presents for Christmas – 8 WEEKS away. Safe enough you might think, but no. They actually arrived January 6 2023 – 69 DAYS after ordering and missed Christmas by 12 days! Absolute shambles. Be very wary of dealing with these guys.

Hi Tony, I'm sorry that your experience wasn't more positive. I definitely understand how that can be frustrating and I'm very sorry that your posters didn't make it in time for the special occasion. Like you mentioned, I see that you've placed 2 orders with us that both shipped to New Zealand. All of our orders ship from the United States and unfortunately international delivery can sometimes take a bit longer for delivery. We mention on the Shipping page of our website that international delivery typically takes between 7 and 14 business days after your package ships. I see that the first order you placed with us was on 11/17/19 and it shipped on the 3rd business day; 11/22/19. We emailed a shipping notification with your tracking info to the email address provided with your order. Your second order was placed on 10/30/22 and unfortunately one of your posters was subject to a delay with the printer. I'm very sorry about that. You should have received status update emails along the way at the email address you provided with your order. I see that your package shipped on 12/6/22, but like you mentioned wasn't delivered in New Zealand until 1/6/23. While we have no control over how long it takes an international package to clear customs and be delivered, I understand your frustration.
