I only gave one star because you can’t give none. DO NOT order from these people. SCAMMERS!! I ordered 4 tapestries. Placed my order on 1.7.2024. Got an email 10 days out saying my order was delayed. I still do not have them or an eta. I have emailed 5 times, FB messages, left voice messages. They do not reply ever. They took my money and ran. I will het my money back through my back but be warned.

Hi Michelle, Let me first apologize that your experience with TrippyStore.com wasn't more positive. I see that your last emails to us went unanswered until your order shipped on 1/30/24. I definitely understand how that can be frustrating and I am sorry. I see that your order was originally estimated to ship on 1/18, but shipped on 1/30 and was delivered on 2/1 by the USPS to the address provided with your order. Reviewing the details of your order, I see that you first emailed us on 1/12 and we were able to provide you with an update about your order on that day. We sent you a follow-up email on 1/18, but your reply went unanswered until your order shipped. Again, I am sorry that your experience wasn't more positive. You picked some great tapestries and I hope they are working out wonderfully :) You're going to receive a separate email from us.
