Don’t not rent from them they are rude and customer try to up charge you on a car that has cigarettes burns in it already require I deposit that you don’t get back and if you get into a accident they say it’s your fault and try to put a 500.00 dollar deposit on you be careful with this company you been warned

So far everything I have tried to boom was denied and I have no record in my dl or bf been waiting to get approved since 11 and each one say something different the last one just asked me can I pick up for tomorrow but why have something available if it’s not so as of now I’m kind of have second thoughts on this app.

Stay away, platform does not protect the renters the owner can charge whatever fees and the platform does nothing about it because at the end, the owners are responsible for posting and removing fees, they request deposits through Cash app because it can’t be disputed and no matter what the condition of Car is in when u return it You will not get your deposit back.

I’ve rented quite a few times through TripCity and have had decent experiences. However, I would suggest doing a more thorough check with some of the renters as far as car reliability.

Straight rip off you’ll spend double the price with fees and the system won’t allow you to extend a day they expect more days for more fees to pay. Rip off and I’m letting everybody know not to come here or less u wanna pay double the price

Please try other platforms as an owner, Their customer service reps are almost always rude, disrespectful and useless to owners. They dont do anything to help you retrieve your car back or even get money owed to you when a renter doesnt pay, decides to hold on to the car and eventually return the car late, you have to do all that work by yourself.

This place is a fraud I rented a car last night. They took my money and the car wasn’t even there it said, and they stopped answering my calls after that I tried calling the support line and goes straight to voicemail. This this side is a scam. I suggest you don’t rent no cars here.
