This is the worst app in the world. I booked a 2021 Nissan versa and was told it's available, once I paid for the booking I was told that the car i booked is actually NOT available and that all they have is a 2018 altima. Well 500 for the Week is gone now with a 10 day return policy I had no choice but to accept it. OH MY GOD... the car is was given looks more like a 2002 with every inch of it beat up, zero fluids in the car given to me at empty they had the nerve to still take a deposit. The car is so loud that I can't even hear the radio that looks like it has a cassette player on it... there's a missing head light with all mismatching tires that all have broken cracked rims. I am literally scared to drive this car because it sounds and feels sooo unsafe on top of the fact that it was so dirty i could barely see through the windshield. Like what type of scam business are you running here.

I listed 9 vehicles on TripCity, and based on my experience, I strongly recommend that professional fleet owners stay away from this platform. Instead of making money, I ended up spending significant time and money dealing with vehicle damage, repairs, unpaid extensions, tolls, late fees, and vehicle recovery. A large number of the renters I dealt with were extremely high-risk. I experienced renters who continued driving after they could no longer pay for extensions, allowed unauthorized people to drive my vehicles, failed to return vehicles as agreed, abandoned vehicles, returned vehicles damaged or without fuel, and refused or failed to pay tolls and other outstanding charges. In some cases, police involvement was required to recover my vehicles. Customer service and host protection were also extremely disappointing. Despite the losses and damage I experienced, I received little meaningful financial protection and no insurance settlement for my claims. After listing 9 cars and experiencing repeated problems, I concluded that the risk, expense, and stress were simply not worth it. My recommendation to fleet owners: stay away from TripCity.

TripCity only allows you to host your car on their platform. If you host your car on another platform besides theirs they will deactivate your account with no warning

My car was stolen after trip city allowed someone to book my vehicle using a fake drivers license!!! Stay away from this app!!!!!

Diego was absolutely more than a customer service representative he went above and beyond and met more than my expectations after having a very bad experience with the host and it being my first time renting with trip city he assisted and in the end left me a happy customer the world need more people like him.
