Best customer service experience!
I was excited to receive my product and called on two different occasions to check on it. I was never made to feel like I was obnoxious! When it had shipped, I received a phone call from them! Best customer service!

Buying my HarvestRight freeze dryer thru Trimleaf
It was actually a great TRIMLEAF review that motivated me to call and buy my new 5 tray HarvestRight medium freeze dryer through them. Just finished batch 10 and I have to say, so far there have been no issues. Everything is turning out and working great. TRIMLEAF was a great help in keeping me from informed on the progress of my order, continuous updates on shipping and I asked a ton of questions and the TRIMLEAF Rep was more than helpful and extremely patient with me. Speedy delivery!
Wow! I placed an order on Sunday evening and my delivery arrived on Tuesday. Everything came well packed and I am setting up my equipment with no problem.
