Very satisfied with my lights
Very satisfied with my lights! They are high quality and look like they will last for many grows. There was a small snag with the delivery (no one home to sign for lights) but Trimleaf was quick to respond to my dilemma. Lights did take a couple of weeks to get here but arrived within the stated 10-14 business day window, so do plan for that. I highly recommend Trimleaf and will utilize them for my future growing needs!

Not worth buying
Not worth buying. Took 2 full 10 second heat cycles and the start of a 3rd before it became hot enough for the material to drop off. Heating element is to far from the tip.

This is our first freeze dryer
This is our first freeze dryer. I was very happy with trimleaf. They answered any questions that I had in a very quick and professional manner. We rant our first cycle and everything went great.

Trimleaf is 5 stars all around
Trimleaf is 5 stars all around, to the product you want, at the price you like, also can say some of tha fastest shipping I've ever experienced I placed my order and my lights were at my doorstep 2 days later, I was amazed and couldn't be happier with my purchase, and will be purchasing more from again, thank you Trimleaf and everyone involved from a happy customer.

I emailed Trimleaf with a question…
I emailed Trimleaf with a question about the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer which I had ordered from them. That same day, Albert the manager called and emailed me back to answer all my questions. He was very understanding and answered my questions. He contacted me again later, to be sure I was fully satisfied. I have been telling all my friends and family how easy and helpful the people are at Trimleaf

I received a confirmation email…
I received a confirmation email immediately and then a follow up email for contact info if something went wrong. When I received my package in a very timely manner, it had several treats in the box, that is over the top customer service.
