My husband and I purchased our freeze dryer a few years ago and love ordering accessories and additional products from Trimleaf. We usually stock up and then buy more when we see sales are going on or we have points to use. (The points system is great, by the way!!)

This Twister T6 has no return policy. Which is a Big red flag. I should not have purchased this Twister as it does not work very well. It was a waste of $5000. And that sucks!

We wanted to address your concerns and clarify a few points. 1) While we first heard from you about these issues in early November (approximately 90 days after purchase), we immediately engaged with you to help resolve the situation. During our phone conversations, our team, along with Twister's manufacturer support, worked to diagnose and troubleshoot the specific problems you were experiencing with the machine. 2) Regarding our return policy, the item in question is marked as a final sale item on the product page. Had you contacted us within 30 days of receiving the unit, we would have been much better positioned to address your concerns and find an appropriate solution. While reaching out 90 days after purchase significantly limits our options, we still did our best to accommodate your concerns and provided thorough troubleshooting assistance and support. We're truly sorry if this isn't the outcome you had hoped. 3) That said, your purchase remains under manufacturer warranty, and we're here at your disposal to assist with any warrantable items related to your purchase.
