More like a mat than a rug

DO NOT PURCHASE- See reasons below: 1. If you have low pile carpet- even with an anti-skid mat underneath, the rug will move around constantly. 2. Weight of rug- Trilogy Gift rugs are so lightweight they feel more like a mat, & not a rug. Really nice prints, but would only work if you placed underneath furniture to hold in place. 3. Refund policy- Not 100% money back guarantee. Customer service will provide you with loads of fluff on high quality their products are & that you should just give your purchase a "chance." They may provide a partial refund, but don't expect much $$ back.

Expected it to be a bit bigger and it didn’t come with the lights, this was bought for my grandson for his 13th birthday to be used as a glow light in his bedroom

One thing I do not like is that there is no tracking information given, or what is given us very vague. I have not yet received my order so I cannot comment on the quality. I finally received my order on 12/27, and it was not the fault of your company but of the USPS. Not exactly as expected, but my Grandson loved it, so it was a win!

I thought the service could have been better, I had a hard time ordering the products and ended up with 3 duplicates of one of the photos I ordered! I think it would have been nice if someone would have reached out to confirm that I actually wanted 3 of the same photo. I thought the writing was just a copy right thing so I was surprised that it was on the actual products!
