Great product- awful customer service.
First- the item itself is fantastic and very happy with it. I would be ordering 2-3 more from them, except customer support is quite bad. My original purchase had a delivery estimated date, which fit within a time frame before I moved. But, after reading “confirmation” that the item was shipped, it did not. It was actually several weeks AFTER that it truly shipped out, and was WAY beyond its initial date. I had reached out to customer service to try to adjust the shipping address, as it was not my fault they did not actually ship on time, but even they took SEVERAL days to respond. In the end, an old neighbor had to get the product from my old home and hold it for me. Even still, customer support was severely behind on their communication. Great product. Terrible service. I’m ordering my next few to fill out my home gym from elsewhere.
