Dear Shannon Getz, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, especially as the item was meant to be a Christmas gift. Our support team has already reached out to you via email to clarify the product material and printing details as shown on our product page, and we’d be happy to continue assisting you there. As for the delivery time, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, during the holiday season, shipping carriers often experience high volumes that are beyond our direct control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Please feel free to reply to our email so we can support you further. Best regards, Trilogy Gift Team

Hi Mike, Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this matter to our attention. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was successfully delivered on August 1st. The confusion appears to have come from the two tracking numbers — one for the USPS label in the U.S., and another for the international leg of the shipment. We’re truly sorry if this caused any unnecessary concern and for any inconvenience you experienced during the wait. We always strive to provide clear and accurate tracking updates, and we will work on improving this process. If you have indeed received your order, we hope you are satisfied with it, and would be grateful if you could update your review accordingly. Should you have any issues with the item, please reach out to us directly, and we will be happy to assist. Warmest regards, Customer Support Department Trilogygift LLC
