Wrong color of home sweet home sign was sent to me. I ordered silver, but received white color. After sending pictures of the item, Trilogygift promptly realized their mistake offered me the correct color at no extra charge. Although I was disappointed at first, I was very grateful how they handled the mistake made. They went above and beyond to make me(the customer) happy and this meant the world to me.
