Zero stars. After waiting two months for my “rug”. It finally arrived. Not a rug but a cheap rubber mat with iron logo of Notre Dame. I ve been texting with Trilogy ever since asking for a refund since item was misrepresented and came folded and damaged. They never answer their business phone. After another 3 weeks of back and forth emails they refused to refund me. I will now pursue my refund through my charge acct company. DO NOT use Trilogy Gift!!! Stick to Amazon.

This company is committing copyright infringement by selling my Acupuncture Meridian Chart design illegally. Please do not buy from them.

My item came damaged and I still haven’t received a label to return or a refund. I sent photos and all as proof.

Never received my order and your tracking number does not work. I am being scammed and I am despuiting my charges with my credit card company.

Would give ZERO STARS!! but that ain’t allowed to. Took for ever to receive products. Took a week for someone to even reach back out to me to even get a answer what’s going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
