No tracking, No phone number, Double payment
It looks like several of us had the same experience with an accounting error and a request to resubmit payment. This situation makes me very skeptical, and I'm worried it's a scam. I can't get anyone to reply with a tracking number, and there is not a phone number on any of the emails for me to call and make sure my package is even still shipping. Very disappointed and not sure what to do next. Ordered on Dec 7, today is Jan 11 and I still don’t have my order.
