Trijewels provided the very best jewelry shopping experience ever. After several years of patiently (impatiently) waiting,....my hubby uttered the 3 magical words I so longed to hear....."you can upgrade!" He told me to start "thinking" about what I would like and to make a list of my "must-have" and "non-negotiable" criteria. So, 2 minutes later, I retrieved the thick binder I had put together over the past decade with exactly that! I knew precisely what I wanted and thought this process would be simple. I was mistaken.....that is, until I met Vijay. Initially, I contacted another jeweler who assured me that my budget would allow me to purchase The Hope Diamond. OK, perhaps not the Hope Diamond, but a beautiful, clean and sparkly stone. That did not turn out to be the case when I met with the other person. So, I reached out to Vijay who I had randomly met at an unrelated event a few months prior. He had briefly mentioned his company and I remembered and googled the name and left a message. Almost immediately, Vijay called back. He spoke with us for several minutes to gain an understanding of what we were looking for. He truly listened. That same evening, he had already researched and short-listed a few stones that fit our wish-list and budget. By the next day, Vijay had personally viewed stones for us and believed that he may have found the perfect one for us. Although he was traveling to Asia the next day, Vijay made special arrangements and met with me at my convenience to show me the stone. This was the first and only stone that Vijay showed me. And, it was the winner. Vijay took care of every detail for us. He accomplished much of this as he was traveling on the plane and during stop-overs. He immediately began working on my design (sketches, etc.) and kept in touch with me throughout his trip. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, promptly answered all my questions (ALL OF THEM...and there were many) and began custom-building the ring as soon as he returned from his trip. The ring was completed earlier than expected and he did not disappoint. My ring is absolutely stunning, exquisite, breathtaking. Truly a dream come true. This gentleman is a true gem, a pleasure to work with and more importantly, an honest and beautiful human being. I am now a customer for life and will use this company for all future jewelry projects. Vijay/Trijewels has my highest appreciation and recommendation.
