their deals are a scam because when you go on them the price is always more expensive than it says it is do not buy the membership!!!!!!

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was charged for an annual subscription, cancelled it, and immediately requested a refund. After my initial email, I received one reply asking for proof of cancellation, which I sent straight away. Since then, complete silence. No follow-up. No resolution. No refund. To make things worse, I can’t even access the service anymore it’s asking me to subscribe again despite already taking my money for a full year. So I’ve been charged for something I can’t use and don’t even want. This is completely unacceptable. Taking customers' money and then ignoring them is not just poor service, it feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Victim of the free trial. It auto logs you in with Google and from there they have everything they need to charge you if you do not cancel within the time frame. The cancel button is not to be found in the place they describe too. There are no email reminders of upcoming charge either. Customer service will just quote back terms and conditions in order to not refund the charge. I have not used their service nor do I intend to after this negative service interaction. I found it over complex and not user friendly which is why I thought I had canceled out in time but unfortunately they had all my info to charge me the annual fee. Very predatory business practices beware!

I realized they only show you a few options - none I am looking at and it doesn’t show my airport I fly out of. I asked for a refund after my “free” trial. I went on to cancel and it talked me into extending the trial and then charged me early and they refuse to refund it.

False advertisement, bot spamming and no real value, asking to go through a bunch of hoops to signup and gives no real deal which they advertise of, also very expensive.

Don’t do it they, these 5 star reviews are bots or frauds.

This has got to be one of the worse companies to deal with customer service.Good luck speaking to a human when you need help.I currently have an issue and I can’t get a human to speak with. I’d rather pay extra through Expedia, but you can get a human when needed. Horrible. Don’t do it. Look at another site.

DO NOT USE TRIIPS.COM. Not only do the deals suck, but their customer service is predatory and unethical, and they make it extremely difficult for you to cancel your subscription, and find discreet ways to make you unknowingly enroll in an "extended trial" that leads to an annual subscription when you try to cancel. I am really disappointed with how they take advantage of customers with these marketing schemes and tactics, it's just not right. Also, all of the deals I was shown were departing from airports halfway across the country from me. Such a joke. Good product idea but phishy people behind it. DO NOT USE!
