This is a good site because i got cheaper fares here while booking the flight to LA from Toronto and i got low price and i save a good amount of money compared to other platforms Great job and thank you people to make travel affordable for us.

I was looking for a flight to Mexico to visit my family on the Holidays but as usual it would've cost me anywhere from $600 per person for me and my girlfriend. However with Triips.com I found flights for as low as $750 together round trip. $450 cheaper and I'm going to use that money to get gifts to bring back and have a better experience.

The experience was very simple and easy. I was skeptical at first because of how much I was able to save on a flight from LA to NYC but after going through it I will definitetly be using this again!

Very disappointing experience. Be careful with the free trial! I feel completely misled by Triips and its subscription practices. I signed up for a 7-day free trial expecting to receive travel deal alerts, but I didn't receive the service or value I was promised. Even worse, I received no reminder or notification that my trial was about to expire. I was automatically charged $59, and when I cancelled my subscription just a few hours later and requested a refund, customer support refused, simply referring to their Terms and Conditions. Their explanation was that the subscription automatically renews and that the travel deal emails themselves serve as a reminder that the subscription is active. How is that a reasonable substitute for a clear notification before charging customers? This business model feels deliberately designed to profit from people forgetting to cancel their free trials rather than from providing real value. My advice: Be extremely cautious before signing up for Triips. Set your own cancellation reminder, because you should not expect one from them. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of customer care. I would not recommend this app.

Hi Matias, thank you for the detailed feedback, and I’m sorry your experience with Triips was so disappointing. We don’t want anyone to feel misled, and we’re sorry the customer support you received didn’t leave you feeling taken care of. Triips is a flight deal alert service that emails you when cheap flight deals pop up from your departure cities. We offer a 7 day free trial, and we send multiple payment reminders throughout the week before your trial ends. If you didn’t receive them, we’d like to look into why (it’s worth checking spam, and we can verify the email on your account). Patience is key with deal alerts too, since deals may come up as soon as you sign up or it may take a bit longer. You can also set alerts for your favourite destinations and we’ll watch out for them. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, we’ve taken your feedback in, and we want to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can review your account and the charge with you.

Their website says 'join for free' but then you're instantly asked for money?! Looks 100% like a scam. AVOID.

The worst customer service ever. Triips is an horrible company to deal with. The service is also not what is advertised.
