TriDot is an excellent platform for triathlon training. Not only do you get daily customized training activities scheduled for you, but you also have the weekly podcast and a Facebook group. Together this is a wonderful community and educational experience that supports my triathlon lifestyle.

TriDot is not just a standard training template and recording platform. It adjusts your sessions to your form and training pattern with AI/algorithms. I recently was injured and had to cancel many sessions, my plan even adjusted to that. It’s very useful, fun and motivating

I used TriDot in 2018 with good results. Simple to use with instant feedback. Did very well at IM Maryland 2018 by winning my age group. Thought I given it another go this year in 2022. I'm not very technically inclined. The program had changed and could not get the program to upload to my Garmin or Zwift. Basically all I had was a training plan no different than I could get in a book or Training Peaks. Contacted TriDot support. The only way to get support is by email which did not solve my problem. I requested to discontinue the service by email. Kept getting changed the monthly fee. When I contacted TriDot was told I needed to go to the website and change my subscription. TriDot would not refund the charges. TriDot has a good training program. However support is poor with a uncaring attitude. Using Training Peaks with a local coach. Much happier and satisfied

We're sorry to hear about your experience. If you didn't cancel your account in the app, you would have been charged for a subscription after the free training ended. Support cannot cancel subscriptions. The optimized training based on your personal athlete data is not a cookie-cutter plan. It's more powerful than a coach can offer, but we do have TriDot coaches who can enhance the TriDot training experience. We hope you give us another try.

TriDot triathlon training has helped personalize my training so that I continue to progress, get faster and stronger, all while staying healthy and remaining able to compete. It is very affordable with many options for your triathlon training. I have used their training platform to train for Sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and 140.6 distance triathlons. I highly recommend TriDot.
