I’ve had a great experience renting with this company. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, they’ve responded quickly and made the necessary repairs without delay. The customer service team is always professional, friendly, and willing to help, and the maintenance staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. It’s reassuring to know that any concerns are addressed promptly. I truly appreciate their commitment to providing excellent service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

My work order about the electric issue in bathroom was addressed and handled well in a timely matter. Communication was good and the service by electrician was great! Thank you.

Great Property Management Company!!
I have had a very good experience with Tricon from the start, which was October 2025. Whether it was communication and working with the Property Manager or scheduling and receiving maintenance, the response has been great. I referred a friend to Tricon because I was so impressed.
