Robert and Glei changed the tragectory of my sons life when he was 12. In 2012 after years of struggling with hair pulling we spent two days in California with the Mantells. After that weekend our lives were changed for the better. We believed that this was something he would deal with his whole life. He learned that he has control and can break free from this cycle. His hair and eyelashes grew back surprisingly quickly and he regained self-confidence. The rest is history. 10 years later he is doing amazing. He just graduated from college with honors and has been able to live without hair pulling being part of his life. Struggle and challenge are an important part of life. I'm 37 years old and pulled my eyebrows and eyelashes for 15 years. I have been through several types of therapy, and at times was somewhat active in the TLC BFRB community, and nothing really helped. I found Robert and Glei on YouTube. Taking the plunge with the 90 day program felt like a huge risk but I'm so glad I did it! After completing the program I can finally say I have control over my pulling, urges are minimal, and I am seeing hair regrowth that I haven't seen in years. I can't say I'm 100 percent pull free yet, but episodes are now infrequent and quickly stopped due to my increased level of control. Regrowing hair after pulling this long is going to take patience, but after only three months I am able to go out without eyeliner and spend far less time filling in and shaping my brows. Even without full regrowth I feel like a normal person again. The changes in the last three months have lifted a weight off my shoulders and I no longer feel like a slave to this condition. Robert and Glei were very professional throughout the entire process. I spoke with Robert on the phone before I signed my daughter up for their program. He answered all of my questions and I felt confident moving forward with their program. After my daughter's first session with them, she stopped pulling her hair entirely. At the time she was 15 and has been pulling since she was a toddler. We are now six months out and just had a check in with Robert and Glei. I have recently noticed her commitment to not pull has waned a little bit, but after meeting with them for an hour, she was reminded of all the techniques and ideas that were presented and she is recommitted. Before meeting Robert and Glei we had tried everything, medication, counseling, hypnotherapy, fidget toys and bracelets, nothing has worked. This has worked better than anything else. I think it does require a person with a strong desire to quit pulling, a willingness to talk about it, and be accountable to your actions. I think my daughter thought she was no longer going to struggle at all and stopped doing the simple steps which help her to be successful at not pulling. I am thankful for the 6 and 12 month check-ins that are offered with the program.

Robert and Glei helped me target the root cause of my problems and make lifestyle changes that were the source of my pulling.
