Requested to update address the day after I realised it was ordered, Emailed them and said it was sorted but then had to go pickup from a house I lived at 10 years ago. Not impressed at all with customer service!

I never recieved my product, it has been returned to sender, and they have not returned me my money.. I ordered ORDER #TC344601, 1st of may, and when i check the tracking number the package was returned to sender over a week ago. The "contact us" option on their website, simply links to a subscription form so they can send you ads through text messages. Horrible experience, and i now have to report them to mastercard to get my moneyback....

Firstly, the entire shipment didn’t arrive, so not a great start. The product itself is an off the shelf Chinese made item that countless companies market, claiming it a ‘premium product’. It is far from such. Packaging is horribly cheap (a generic bottle with a Tribal Chimp sticker stuck lopsided to the bottle). It also does virtually nothing to style your hair - at least not thick medium length hair. I can only assume in the videos the miracle style that the powder gives is actually provided by some pre applied product. Very poor, would not buy again.
