Products are great for my hair. I'd really like to move to their shampoo permanently but considering I recently ordered a few items on one order but had to wait another week or so just for the shampoo to come as it was in the USA, I don't think I'll be able to use the product more than once due to the wait time.

Gotta say it didn’t go as planned, but not sure whose fault it is. First 2 packages never arrived also tracking showed they did at their end, not mine. But they sent me a 3rd bottle and refunded my money asap. With that type of great service in getting a positive outcome, I intend on buying more if it does its job. Thanks guys

I believe that Tribal Chimp is the best powder volumizer. I have used it for years and love it. Unfortunately, the latest bottle I have is defective. It stays white and clumps in the hair. I had to use a towel with water to get the white powder out.

Product came quickly. It doesn't have a white residue and it does work. My only issue is the way it makes my hair feel. If I had short hair and washed it every day, it might make sense for me. But, I have long hair and I didn't like the feel. Tried a similar product at my hair salon and it worked just as well without the weird feel at the roots of my hair. So, yes, it works. But there is better out there.
