Now almost a month later and still no product.

Company never replies and order never arrives - what conclusion do you draw?!
Ordered in early December in hope would receive for Christmas. Nothing arrived and no acknowledgement of emails/chat to find out what's happening with my order. They don't reply - can only conclude it's a scam company.

***Having finally made contact, my products have arrived this morning 12/1/26.
Ordered on the 12/12/25 as a Christmas present for my son. The parcel never arrived. I’ve not had any emails to say it’s on its way or a tracking number. Contacted costumer service before Christmas to see if it would arrive in time and I’ve had no reply. Really hoping for some correspondence in the new year!

Very disappointed in this company
Very disappointed in this company! Ordered for my children in enough time for it to come for Christmas and still haven’t received it nor have I had a response from customer support and I’ve emailed twice.
Having read the comments on here it seems very similar. I would not recommend this product based on their service being extremely poor.
Still awaiting a response for full refund.

SCAM!!! Avoid them like the plague!!!
Update #2 1/20/26- my bank determined that I had enough evidence that supported my claims of not receiving the products paid for and resolved the issue in my favor.
Update 1/14/26!! They are liars as well as scammers apparently based on their reply (just look at all the recent 1 star reviews, tells you everything you need to know). I still do not have my full order and have disputed this transaction with my bank BECAUSE you wouldn’t refund me for the items you never shipped and THEN required ME to pay to return the few items you did send after WEEKS of trying to deal with your crappy customer service. You never shipped me the 6 hair powders I actually paid for. So go ahead and claim that you did but I will continue to tell people exactly the type of company they risk dealing with. Do NOT give them your business. You should be ashamed of yourselves, and YES, you are a SCAM!!! PS. I have proof of deceptive practices as tracking numbers that were received from your company were deleted on your site and replaced with new ones. Either your system is messed up OR y'all are frauds.
Avoid them like the plague!!! They will take your money and never ship you the items you purchased. Customer service is a joke. Don’t bother calling and leaving a voicemail, they won’t call you back. As for emails, IF they do reply, don’t expect them to have read your emails, they just do what they want. Ask for a refund for the items you paid for and never received? Well, they will ask you to PAY to return the items before a refund will be issued (did I mention they never sent them???). SCAM company! Save yourself the headache and don’t give them your business.

This order was fully shipped and delivered. Due to peak season demand, the items were shipped in multiple packages on different dates, which was clearly communicated in advance, and shipping notifications were sent for each shipment. All products were successfully delivered.
Despite receiving the items, a chargeback was later filed without returning the products. Once a chargeback is opened, we are restricted from processing refunds or alternative resolutions outside of that dispute process. Our return policy, which is publicly available, requires items to be returned before a refund can be issued.
We understand that split shipments and peak season delays can be frustrating, and we always aim to communicate transparently and act fairly. However, labeling a business as a scam when products were delivered and policies were followed is inaccurate.
Our team remains committed to honest service and clear communication, and we stand by the documented shipment and delivery records for this order.

I placed the order 2wks ago, paid for delivery too and I'm still waiting for it. I e-mailed the customer service and no reply. I even DM them on insta. Wish I read the reviews before wasting my time and money. 🫤
