I did not enjoy my experience when buying this product. The sales guy was so mean and pushy for me to buy this product. He even said I was dirty during one of his example. He would not let me leave until I purchased something. I was on my lunch break and was late for coming back. I told him this product was very expensive and he had his foot on my neck until I paid for the item for I can leave. I told my boyfriend to return it for me but they will not let him. Never again Tresor Rare, never again.

The products they use in the store are NOT what you take home. No refunds means you have no recourse. This is a bait and switch scam. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I can make this product for less than 30 bucks and it costs 1000. The ingredients are extremely simple and some of them give benefits now and dry out skin later (methicones). My father bought this and it's appalling. The incident list is the same as any 10/15/20 dollar product at cvs. Don't buy. They up their perceived value by making it enormously expensive

I love the product, but when they don't honor the promos/coupons they hand out why bother handing them out...It's not like we aren't spending a good penny on your products...

Do not step foot in their stores! I was in Vegas and got sucked in with a free skin care sample. The high pressure sales took over from there. After saying no, no and no over and over I finally caved. I regret buying every product. It does not work the way I was shown or told. No refunds. I’m beyond embarrassed and disgusted that I was sucked in. Don’t let that be you!

I just got my first facial and was delighted. The changes in my skin and the reduction of the wrinkles after one facial is amazing. I just finished my new nightly Regiment and I love how my skin feels

Tresor Rare has an excellent customer service by using a trust pilot. My service representative was Stephanie she was quick to respond when I had an issue and helpful to remedy the problem. Thanks Stephanie.
