Had an issue with a purchase in Las Vegas. Called customer service and Stephanie was a huge help!!

This is an update from the 1 Star I gave earlier. The Nassau store and sales people still get 1-Star for terrible sales tactics, but customer service for Tresor Rare gets a solid 5-Stars. As soon as I posted my concern, they reached out to me. They do not want unhappy customers and apologized directly to me. It is rare, but so appreciated, to deal with a company that cares so much for their customers and I commend them. As a result, I would definitely buy from them again (just never in Nassau). PRIOR REVIEW - BEWARE! This is a pure sales scam. They have multiple stores under different names. They try and be friendly and cozy. They will first ask "are married or happy". They will tell you they will give you a sample of what they try on you to think about it. They will tell you about their discounts with your cruise lines (after they find out what cruise line you're on). They show you before and after photos of people who they pulled from the internet from plastic surgery and say their product is the before and after. They show how the list price for their product online is $699 but with this and that discounts you can get it for the low price of about $175. I caught them in 4 different lies - DON'T FALL FOR IT. It's the same as the immediate erasers you can buy at Amazon for around $20.00.

Best skincare products that I have ever used ...

Stephanie was helpful, sent gift pack out. Originally purchased items from nassa Bahama does not work like product that was applied in the store. I have not used what was recieved from Stephanie yet so I cant tell if it works or not. Anybody else out there please check web before purchasing. Price is way different from site to site - read Bbb comments b4 purchasing. I wish I could have. While in Bahamas we had no internet. Felt pressured by very nice people in store fronts. I knew better but w, my husband as and saying how much better my skin looked he purchased. Got home w product not same affect at all.
