I love the products. Their packaging is lovely and the product actually works.

an aggresive salesman sold me on the Avolgi ENEO and told me if I invested and it didn't give me results he would refund my money. After using it faithfully and getting no results, I requested my refund. He claims to have never offered it and won't take the return. His business card reflects an address that is a jewelry store in Scottsdale--unrelated. The shop he sold to me from up in Sedona refuses to stand behind the refund. Their name is Green Biotics and they are letting this guy take advantage of the public from their storefront. He also forged my signature on the sales receipts!

I was visiting New York and walking along the street when I was accosted (yes - literally accosted) by a young man demanding I fix the dark circles under my eyes and literally dragging me into the Tresor Rare shop - I tried protesting and at what point actually managed to walk off but he was a complete bully intent on making a sale and I was talked into going in - I said no I don’t want it but he proceeded to put this cream on my face - look at the difference he shouted you have to buy this ! I once again said no so he threw in a few samples and quite honestly I ended up paying a fortune just to get away from him ! So I was bullied into the sale and came away feeling humiliated to be quite honest that I was so weak in the force of his overwhelming insistence ! If this is Tresor Rare’s sales tactics then women beware even walking past their shops ! Update : I have been contacted by Stephanie from the company who apologised and was extremely helpful - she was very professional and courteous and made me feel better about a one off bad experience. I have given the company 5 stars for the product and response to my complaint .

I would NEVER recommend that anyone step foot in a Tresor Rare store. You are lured in by free samples. Then they mesmerize you, pass you on from salesperson to salesperson, each one using stronger high pressure sales tactics. Their products are exorbitantly priced, but they tell you that you will have a special price of 90% or 95% off the retail price. Then they talk you into buying hundreds of dollars of their products. I changed my mind about my purchases as soon as I walked out of the store, but THEY WOULD NOT LET ME RETURN THEM BECAUSE THEIR COMPANY HAS A NO REFUND POLICY! This was not mentioned by any of the salespeople. Any quality company would not treat customers so callously! I consider them a scam!!

I was charged $700 from a store in the Bahamas when I was told I would be getting a deal for 1/2 the price. I've tried contacting customer service and they have not gotten back to me.

I purchased 60 second express lift from Tresor Rare store in the Marina Village in the Bahamas Atlantis area. I tried the product once a few days before in the Nassau in Bahamas and I felt that it was effective in reducing my dark circles and tightening the eye area. So I ended up buying the item in Marina Village area since I was near there and paid $169 usa dollars for it. Upon returning home from my vacation, I tried the purchased product but strangely, it did not have the same exact effect as the tester used in Nassau. It almost felt like they were not the same product. I contacted Tresor Rare store and asked for a refund as I felt that the product did not deliver what it claims to do. Unfortunately the Tresor Rare company did not give a refund but was willing to offer me the replacement product from the website store along with additional items that I liked. The Tresor Rare company was very quick in communicating and the representative name Stephanie helped me immediately. I would have given a 5 stars if I was able to get a full refund but I will leave 4 stars because their customer service was great. I will try the one that was sent directly from the tresor rare company and hope that this one works effectively.

If you are hesitating - please don't! I can assure you Tresor Rare is everything they claim to be and more. Working with Stephanie is a pleasure, she is quick to respond to any questions you may have and is very professional doing so. As a first time buyer, I can honestly say that I do not regret doing business with Tresor Rare at all. Great customer service and a very amazing product as well. This is my first day using Tresor Rare and I already feel the results!

I was introduced to Tresor Rare products quite randomly when I was walking through the Marina Village, Bahamas. Usually I don’t try much products on my skin as it tends to be sensitive and has skin eczema but Dino convinced me to give it a try by just being his warm, welcoming self and taking into consideration my cultural background. One look at my skin and he could tell that it was not just a case of sunburn. From that point on healing my skin became his mission as he introduced me to a range of Tresor Rare products as well as the Eno Advanced medical device. He took his time explaining the products and answering any questions I had as this type of treatment plan and the unique tools are not readily available here. Dino is always an email away and goes above and beyond what is required of his job. He is also very honest in his opinions and that has given me the added confidence to embrace the experience and stick to a proper skin care routine. I have stopped getting infections and break outs and my skin is smooth, soft and has a healthy glow that gives me the confidence to minimize the use of makeup. I would definitely recommend these products and his expertise.
