Zero transparency, poor product quality, and terrible customer experience.
After three weeks from the purchase, I had no updates at all about my order. I had to contact customer support myself, and only then was I informed that they had to remake the men’s pendant because it was defective. No proactive communication, no transparency whatsoever. The necklaces were shipped after about four weeks from China, despite the fact that nowhere on the website is it stated that the products are made in China. On the contrary, the company claims to have offices in the US and Europe. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never paid that price for products made in China. When the necklaces finally arrived, the issues continued: the projection necklaces project the image upside down; the chains are not the ones shown in the photos, but much thinner and clearly not durable. Zero transparency, poor product quality, and terrible customer experience. Extremely negative overall experience — stay away.
