Trendgram is a big scam
Trendgram is a big scam! They will fill your account with BOTS and ruin it. All of their followers are random fake accounts with photos but never any comments. The worst is that it’s difficult to cancel my subscription as they are not responding to my emails to do that.
Response from TrendGramJul 18, 2024
Hey there, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We want to clarify that Trendgram is committed to providing genuine followers, not bots. Our followers are real individuals interested in your content, and we do not use fake accounts. We continually audit our processes to ensure the authenticity and quality of the followers we provide. We are sorry to hear about any difficulties you experienced in canceling your subscription. Our cancellation policy where clients have to contact us to cancel is standard practice for any social media growth agency. Based on our records, I can see that your email was responded to and account cancelled within 8 hours of you contacting us. We don't have instant responses as we don't automate or outsource our customer support. This means that you are always speaking with a real person and receiving a high level of support. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points and address any concerns you may have.
