Hey Victor, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take client privacy and transparency very seriously, which is why we've made certain decisions in how we present our testimonials and client accounts. The testimonials on our website do not include surnames to protect our clients' privacy, but we ensure authenticity through video reviews from clients themselves. Regarding the Instagram accounts, we use aliases related to the clients' niches to maintain confidentiality. As for the website, we are currently experiencing no issues, but we will investigate further to ensure everything is functioning as it should. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuously improving our services.

Hey Kenny, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you saw a quick increase in followers, but we understand your concerns about their relevance to your business. I want to emphasize that we only use organic methods for growth, and our primary goal is not just to increase your follower count but to deliver quality followers who will genuinely engage with your content. Our AI targeting algorithm is designed to evolve over time, refining its precision in reaching the right audience. This process typically takes around 2-3 weeks, during which the algorithm learns from user behaviors within your niche and continuously adapts its approach. While some less relevant users may be targeted initially, allowing the algorithm the necessary time to learn and adapt will help secure a more sustainable and engaged following that better aligns with your business needs. All of our clients see increases in engagement alongside follower growth, as we focus on building a community that adds real value to your business. If you have any further concerns, please contact our support team directly so we can assist you.

Hey Marcelo, Thanks for sharing your feedback. At TrendGram, we take pride in growing our clients' Instagram accounts with real, engaged followers—never bots. Our service is designed to connect you with a genuine audience, meaning real people who are interested in your content and are more likely to interact with your posts, stories, and overall presence on Instagram. Fake followers or bots do nothing to help build a credible online presence; they offer no real value in terms of interaction, loyalty, or long-term growth. That's why we focus exclusively on strategies that attract and retain real followers who contribute to your growth in a meaningful way. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance. We’re here to help.

Hey there, We strongly reject your claims and would like to address them directly and unequivocally. We categorically reject the claim that our followers are fake or bots. Our company is committed to providing real, authentic engagement for our users. We only use authentic organic outreach strategies to connect with real users. The number of posts and followers can vary significantly among legitimate accounts, and cannot be viewed as a metric to assess an account's authenticity. Furthermore, Instagram’s flagging system is not perfect and misidentifies legitimate accounts as fake or spam. This would have occured due to a rapid change in your following/engagement, due to the growth our service achieved. We are deeply committed to delivering excellent customer service. We typically respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours. Our customer support is neither automated nor outsourced; every request is handled personally by a dedicated team member. The claim that our cancellation process is intentionally obstructive is absolutely false. Our cancellation policy where clients have to contact us is standard practice for any social media growth agecy. I can see that your cancellation request has been responded to, 8 hours afer you asked to cancel. We would never ignore a client's cancellation request as we don't operate in this manner. We haven't earned the loyalty of over 20,000 clients by operating in bad faith. We firmly stand by the authenticity and quality of our services. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please contact us directly.
