Trek Travel is a first class company. I’ve been on several of their trips and they do a great job. It’s nice to arrive and have a high quality bike to ride, great itinerary, awesome guides and an awesome week of riding, scenery and food. Office folks are so great and helpful.

Trek Travel has been our go-to adventure bicycle travel company for more than a decade. We have gone on eight trips in that time, seven in Europe and one in the US (during COVID). They have consistently been wonderful, spectacular, memorable trips. There are many elements of their trips that contribute to the quality, I'll highlight just a handful: Careful planning-the bike routes are always jaw-droppingly beautiful (riding along coastlines and up into mountains) and on safe, less-trafficked roads. The hotels are beautiful. The afternoon and evening events (tours, cooking classes, dinners) are all well done. The trip's pacing also works, with some longer days followed by days with fewer miles. Great guides-without exception all the guides are great. They geniunely like the customers, and go above and beyond to make our trip just what we want it to be. They are flexible-if a rider is tired they will pick them up in the van. If a rider wants to ride another 15 miles one of them will go along with her/him. They make sure that nobody gets lost or left behind. They are great at organizing ice breakers to ensure that the group of strangers that begins a ride ends up as a group of friends. Case in point, we have stayed in touch with people we met on a ride, and on at least one occasion we have gone on other bike rides with them. Equipment-they provide us with top of the line Trek road bikes and now e-bkies. The bikes are fitted for each rider. Equipment is well-maintained. Electronic components (lights, garmin) are charged nightly. Water bottles are filled. Helmets are provided. Everything that a cyclist, from beginner to avid, may need is included and taken care of. The corporate culture-we've gone on many rides and have gotten to know some of the people in the home office, and in the corporate leadership. Everybody, from the top down, is customer oriented. If you have a question, you can always get through to an actual human being. And the answers are clear. If you have a suggestion, they will listen and, from time to time, you will see your suggestion implemented in the next ride you do. Many companies talk about putting customer first, or listening as a core value. Trek actually does it. This is already a very long review, so I will end by saying that we have never had a negative experience, and look forward to going on many more Trek trips.

Great routes, bikes, and guides !

The Bentonville gravel was fabulous! The bike are top notch as well as the guides and the routes. The hotel is very cool and located in the heart of the quaint town. Great restaurants are shopping are not in short supply right out the hotel door. If you want an excellent cycle holiday, sign up now and got won't regret it!

I’ve done 7 cycling trips with Trek Travel and each one has been fantastic. I can’t wait until number 8 takes me to the Classic Climbs of Switzerland in July
