The books look fantastic and were…
The books look fantastic and were printed very quickly. The program was easy to use, but a little glitchy. It would lock up and have to be shut down. The program is also lacking some capabilities for editing photos and the clipart is limited. But overall, even with the limited abilities, I would choose treering over the other programs that I have used.

It means a lot that you’d still choose Treering over other programs you’ve used, and we’re grateful you shared your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear you were happy with the final books and turnaround time! We appreciate the feedback on performance, photo editing, and graphics as well. We know how important those tools are when you’re building pages and customizing your book.

In general Treering is super helpful
In general Treering is super helpful. However, when I spoke with one of your customer service people they made me resubmit our nonprofit paperwork. When I spoke to another one they said I only needed to send it one time, EVER. Please get your training consistent so customers get the same message.

Thank you for sharing this—we’re really glad to hear Treering has been helpful overall. Clear and consistent communication is important, and we appreciate you calling this out. We’ll make sure this feedback is shared with our team. Tax requirements can vary depending on the type of order and state guidelines, and we know how important it is for guidance to feel consistent and easy to follow. If you are unsure if you need to submit your tax-exempt certificate once annually or with every order, in accordance with your state laws, you can reach out to your district administration for that clarification.

I really like Treering
I really like Treering. It's pretty easy to put together a yearbook and I really like how they come out! The only negative is the end process. I don't enjoy having to purchase one book first, then click on everything else prior to printing. Otherwise, I truly enjoy using the site!!

Friendly Customer Service
Friendly Customer Service, but issues when making the book. The books arrived quickly. The books look great, and they were packaged well. We had some issues with the book getting scrambled with last year's book just weeks before our deadline. We were unable to edit for a full week, and it seemed that our case was closed before our problem corrected. The issue was resolved. It just caused some major anxiety. Our staff editors and moms also noted some issues with glitches, but overall, we are very happy with our finished product and how quickly we received the orders.

Quick and easy! Almost too quick...
The platform is incredibly user friendly! I was amazed by how quickly the orders printed and shipped after I submitted the final product. I just wish I'd had at least 12-24hrs to hit the "stop everything" button after the final review. I caught a mistake but it was already too late even though it had barely been 8hrs since I'd submitted it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled that you found our platform user-friendly and were impressed with our quick turnaround times. We're also taking your suggestion about implementing a grace period seriously and will share it with our product development team for future consideration. Have a great summer!
