The program is too slow, some of the changes we made to the spreads did not print on our book. For example there was a square shape as background to a text box that did not print, when you can clearly see it on screen. Most of the pictures and graphics looked poor quality when the images uploaded were high res. Also, it is not efficient to look through so many pictures (from the upload folder) maybe create a feature where it lets you pull pictures (most recent) or save them by date (folders etc)

I have been trying to order a yearbook for my daughter with customized pages for days now and not only is the interface to customize pages absolutely terrible, the site is so slow, I can barely navigate around. The customize interface claims to allow you to edit the layouts, but I can't figure out if you can move things from one page to another. If you can, it's not obvious. You also cannot delete blank pages when you've condensed things to 2. I HATE this website. I still can't order and the deadline is today. What a waste.

Worst interface I've ever used. This is the 3rd time I've used Treering for my daughter's yearbook. Its absolutely sucks. Parents are spending money on these yearbooks. You'd figure they'd work out the kinks and loading issues.

I went to order my son's yearbook in my treering account that I have used for several years, and this year wasn't available. I was informed that they have deemed my account "not updated". What should have taken me 10 minutes has now been a week long ordeal with support. Still not fixed.

The customizing of pages is unreliable and not user friendly. The system runs slow or doesn't know what it's doing when trying to add multiple photos to the customized pages. It creates duplicates on the preview even when a single photo is only selected once. I've had to redo my order multiple times and it's extremely frustrating. I appreciate the option to create pages using my personal photos but am not impressed with how the system works.
