The tree shape and texture was very pretty. That's where the good part ends. Unfortunately this tree presented several obstacles and turned into one big unhappy hassel . For instance: one section of the lights didn't work o we had to string lights through that area. In addition, one of the bottom branches broke( became disconnected from the flip frame) before unpacking, so the "flip technology" is also unreliable. My husband had to wire the broken branch into place by attaching fishing line from it to other branches on the tree. We used it for this Christmas, but it after the hassel of wiring the branch and having to string lights through the area that didn't work, we decided to go pitch it and go back to our old tree. we would have ent it back, but realized too late that it came with no guarantee. Lesson learned.

Love your trees, but they are too expensive!

The tree is really nice. Full. and good needles. the only trouble I had was trying to find the outlets in the tree for all the lights. Never did find the lower ones. Better luck next year. It's a beautiful tree and not too fat but very full.

I ordered the tree storage bag, which arrived at a time when we were dealing with Christmas and my husband's stroke and knowing that it would be of good quality, pushed the box aside and forgot about it. This morning I saw the box and remembered that I didn't submit this review I did not read the ordering instructions thoroughly and didn't realize that accessory items had to be returned within 10 days. When we finally got around to taking down the tree and opened the box ,discovered that the bag was well made, but too big, heavy and awkward for me to handle. I contacted customer service and was advised that more than ten days had passed and that I could not return the carefully packed cover. This was my error. I wonder why tree bags are included with accessories that must be returned within ten days. One certainly could not use the product before Christmas and then try to return it. Regardless, I will remain a Tree Classic customer. The slim line Kennedy Fir was the prettiest tree that we have ever used. T. Stalb

I purchased the 4.5' RealTree and I am fully satisfied. Of course, it will look so much nicer when decorated and lit!

Concidering my wreath was purchased shortly after Christmas 2013 I think Tree Classics should seek out another customer opinion service. As far as the Wreath it is the best quality and will be presented proudly on my front door for many years to come.. Keep up the good work.

Since it isn't time to decorate ( although I'd like to), I am unable to rate this tree,now. I opened the box and saw that the tree looks as if it will be good to hold my heavy ornaments. I am a Hallmark Ornament collector (since 1982) and some ornaments cause lighter branches to droop. Will let you know as soon as I know.
