This is our 2nd tree purchased from tree classics and love the look and feel of both. However had a slight issue with lighting on the new tree and got no help what so ever to a resolution. In fact was told at one point the company had been bought and they were no longer dealing with any warranty issues. Great product, but because of their customer service I would probably go elsewhere for my next tree purchase.

The tree was just what I wanted, but I was disappointed in the construction quality. While I was arranging the branches two of them fell right off the tree and were only hanging on be the wiring to the lights. I was not only disappointed but felt the wiring that was exposed could be dangerous. Because I have had artificial trees for the last thirty years and had good luck with them, I never paid more than $150 for any of them, I thought I would treat myself last year. Needless to say I am very disappointed and won't buy another one online.
