Bought a 9' Garland, LED battery. Very few lights and only on 1 side of garland. should have mentioned the one sided lights, also the number of lights. Unfortunate.

Although I was pleased with the apparent quality of my premium, pre-lit 9 foot tree, within two years the lights began to malfunction. First in portions of a strand and then multiethnic strands. Calls to Tree Classics seemed to ring to a service person's home and basic troubleshooting was I effectively done. That was followed by blame and no action to correct except to purchase a new tree. Goodbye!

I have had my tree for a few years and now a lot of the lights are out. I replace bulbs every year but each year there just seems to be more and more lights that are out. This year an entire section of my tree was dark. I called to find out what could be done but since the company has changed hands I was not able to get a replacement tree because the new company will not honor. the original warranty. I am disappointed that my tree needs to be replaced before the warranty is up.

We invested in a beautiful, expensive new tree 3 years ago. After just one season we experienced problems and that has continued year after year. I am into my 5th package of replacement bulbs and this year entire strands stopped working. In addition, handfuls of needles are constantly falling off. I do not know if I will even bother with this tree next year. My previous (cheap!) tree lasted over 10 years without these kinds of ongoing problems.
