Ordered a tree Sunday, shipment tracking says delivered to my office last night at 4:04pm, there were 3 of us here but no package. Then FedEx Tracking says out for delivery today. FedEx cant find it. I call Tree Classics and explain what is going on after being on hold for 10-minutes they come back on and say that their system Flagged the order as potentially fraudulent and had FedEx return the tree?? They said if I wanted the order I would have to go back in using a different credit card or paypal. I looked online and my CC has already been billed. The only fraud is Tree Classics!! Then their manager hung-up on me when I expressed by dissatisfaction with their bad service.

Very disappointing! I spend over $700. I had my tree up for 2 Christmas seasons. The first time I opened the box the tree smelled like gasoline. The second season the bottom lights didn’t work. I called and spoke to a representative who took my information but never called me back. I contacted the company again in September so I don’t have to deal with adding lights myself. I spoke to a supervisor who said they will replace the tree. I then received an email asking for my address for the full tree replacement which I have saved. I followed up with the company 2 days ago for a tracking number and spoke to a very rude representative who said sorry it’s past warranty. Had they called me back the first time it wouldn’t be past warranty. I am a mom who has kids, a job and a lot going on I can’t keep on following up with a company especially when they sent an email authorizing a full replacement and asking for my complete shipping address. Terrible customer service not to mention dishonest! Tree Classics should of received zero stars!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We've only had our tree for two years and during our holiday season we watched just about every strand get super bright and extemely hot and then blow. We called customer service and not only did they not care about the hazard of the over heated lights, we were out of the two year window for the light warranty, which, considering you only take the tree out once a year, is a bit flimsy. I've also been getting the run around to speak with a manager, who is conveniently never there when I call. I will never do business with this company again and do not recommend it.

FORGET Christmas Tree Classics. Their products are UNRELIABLE and if you have a set of lights on your tree that do not work, forget about a replacement piece or replacement tree . . . heck, forget about getting the right replacement lights to string on the tree yourself (which defeats the purpose, anyway, of buying a pre-lit tree). 2015 - tree top doesn't work. Send the wrong replacement lights (since they couldn't send a replacement piece). 2016 - send lights, but don't send replacement piece. 2017 - send WRONG REPLACEMENT PIECE. 2018 - FINALLY send the right piece, but half the lights on the replacement piece DO NOT WORK. Note - I've been VERY clear EACH year EXACTLY what was wrong - sent photos of the tree, the box, the shipping labels, etc. Tonight, when I discovered that the tree STILL DOESN'T WORK AFTER 4 years, they tell me the warranty has run out! THEY NEVER FULFILLED the warranty to begin with! They won't send a replacement. They won't refund my money. Tree goes into the trash. I go to Lowes. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT IS ONE OF THE WORST businesses I've EVER dealt with online.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We bought our first artificial Christmas tree this year. I didn't know much about this company, but from what I read, they have been around a while and it seemed they had some good reviews. Well, we just put our tree up and a whole section didn't light up. After being on hold for 10 minutes, a customer service rep. finally picked up. When I explained that our top section was not lighting up and we spent 1 1/2 hours trying to figure out where the defective bulb was, replaced every single bulb, and it still wouldn't work, she simply said it was out of warranty and couldn't do anything for us. I could not believe it. Obviously if you are buying a tree in January, you aren't going to test it until December. They should at least give you a year to test the tree. I am so disappointed that we paid $500 for a tree that we can't even use. I asked them to replace the top section for us, and they weren't even willing to do that. If you want to buy an artificial tree, my advice is go SHOP LOCAL and test it at home within a week of delivery.

Bad product, worse customer service. We bought our tree on Nov 2. Two sections had lights out that could not be fixed over the phone. Got first replacement tree. It still has a section of lights not working in the very top. And the top section leans. The woman I spoke with on the phone the first tine “opened the case” and was extremely rude and never apologetic. I had to speak with her briefly the second time and has the same poor attitude. So, almost a month later, after spending almost $600 on a tree it leans, has a section of lights out and WE have to go through the inconvenience of repacking and mailing back two faulty trees. Also, could not find a place to leave this review on their site.

Long hold times and no help. I purchased a pre-lit LED tree for $400 in 2013 expecting it to last for a long time. In 2015 a small section of lights quit working. The warranty was expired. My husband was out of town so I decorated the tree and went on. In 2016 we were dealing with a family member who had a major stroke, so I decorated the tree and went on. I started calling in late November of 2017. The person who answered said the tree was out of warranty and the company did not sell replacement light strings. I emailed and described my dissatisfaction. I was given a case number to call back. I called back waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. I gave the person the case number. No help. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told one would call me back. I believe it was a week later when someone called me back and said that the company was out of light strings. I could purchase one in March. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the product quality and even more in the customer service. I wish I had bought my tree somewhere else.
