If I could give them zero stars I would! This is by far the worst online prescription service I have ever used. I was under the impression that I would have my meds within a few hours. I never got an update that my prescription order was approved, so I reached out to find if my medication was approved and was told I had to have a phone consultation with the doctor 24 hours later.

I paid for my order, was charged, and never received the medication. Based on my experience, this felt like a scam. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing from this website.

Absolutely the worst experience. I went online. Requested cipro because thats what works best for me and bc side effects from macrobid. The doctor changed it to macrobid anyway. Then I contacted asking for cipro. I keep getting the run around. Its been 1 4 hours of waiting and I still dont have a prescription. AND, I am told that I cant apply for a refund until AFTER they finish providing the prescription I paid for. This is crazy.

I paid $49 online. It says this is including doctor and prescription. When I picked up my prescription I have to pay another $14.99. Very dishonest.

They promise 2 hours from point of filling out the questionnaire to receiving prescription but they lie -- it takes much longer and can't provide a window for when the order will be filled. They promise a phone number you can call, but you actually can't call it - you can only text it. The texts are from AI agents that don't escalate you to a real human. Never ever again. EMpty promises and a system that prioritizes cash for the company over patient well-being. I will post this everywhere I can.

Paid for priority processing (20-30 minutes for approval) because I needed the medication and pain relief before work. Ended up taking them about 3 hours to approve my case (I have no other meds or health issues) even after contacting customer service and explaining the situation. They said they moved mine to the top of the list (again) and refunded me the priority processing fee. Wouldn’t let me choose the CVS on the website when I initially put in the order, and the pharmacy it had me send to couldn’t process it and asked me to send it to a different pharmacy. Customer service then said I could choose any CVS, Walgreens, etc. The only good thing about this was speedy customer service I could text. Chose this business for the speed and quality it discussed, and feel let down, ripped off, and I’m still in pain.

I had a really great experience with this company. I got a rather inconvenient UTI two days before I was supposed to go on a trip and was very worried I would not be able to get antibiotics in time. I filled out the information required on the site and it took them only thirty minutes to send the prescription to my pharmacy. I then picked it up once the pharmacy opened and was on my way with a week's worth of antibiotics, all in the same morning. I also paid the extra ten dollars for priority service, not sure if that had an impact. Overall though, I am extremely happy with this website. It is very simple to use and the customer service agents are very kind. It's rather unfortunate that other people have had bad experiences with them but I think it really depends on what state you live in. Here in Arizona, the process is fast and easy.

Terrible experience. In my state you have to have and phone consultation before you can have a Rx submitted but they do not tell you that until after you pay. I had to wait until the next day for a consultation. Next, although I was told I could use Amazon Online Pharmacy, they denied my request because the physical address is not in my state. Again, I was only give this information after I paid. The service is expensive, misleading and customer service was very apathetic.
