They wasted my time and would not treat me after taking a urine test that proved it was a UTI. This was after the first round of antibiotics they prescribed the previous month did not work. This second time, the lab and clinicians took nearly a week and I had to constantly reach out to their customer service team for any answers/updates to which they can only be reached via text. Very frustrating process and still have to get treatment.

I knew what I needed and didn’t want to take time off work to sit in an uncomfortable doctor’s office or MedCenter. For $50 (about what I would have paid for my copay and lab fee, not even counting the time spent waiting to be seen), I got exactly what I needed. It did take about 3 hours to get my prescription, but honestly, it probably would have taken that long (or longer) to go the traditional route. I was able to do everything right from my desk, which was so much more convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend! It was cost-effective and saved me the time and hassle of going in person. My only complaint is all the upselling during checkout. Also, make sure you check your messages and complete everything required for your order to be processed.

They charged my card even though I deleted my info out of their system and didn't click the authorization screen. I decided to read reviews and saw BBB has them listed as a Scam. My bank reversed the charges and reported as fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS WEBSITE!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Fake fake fake. I had to change my credit card. They lie about writing a script. They get you to pay in advance then they refuse the order and try to send you to their labs. I could have done that on my own.

I received a different medication than what I ordered and was sent a generic AZO that you can buy over the counter. This Place is a SCAM!

Super quick and convenient. I completed the online questionnaire, and a clinician reviewed my symptoms and sent a prescription for my UTI directly to my pharmacy without requiring a phone or video appointment. The prescription was sent very quickly, literally within 20 minutes (I did pay for expedited processing). I was worried about delays after reading other reviews after placing my order haha but all good. I’m in New Jersey.

The best ! Quick to call back and when I asked about my prescription, I received prompt help by leaving a text to the number they provided. I will always use them if they stay the way my experience has been.

This is a SCAM do not do it. I paid for priority service and everything and when I arrived they did not even have a prescription for me. I could not get anyone on the phone either. After a long series of text messages I finally got them to send the prescription is. TOO many other tele health service available to have to deal with this DON’T DO IT!!!
