I bought it for my husband. He says it helps, but is still getting pain. It probably takes a while and more constant treatments.

The Treadmedy knee massager is an awesome unit. I have a bone on bone knee and it really does bring relief. The customer service is amazing. The unit did develop cracks throughout the display and unit, not due to drop age or hitting anything. I reached out to customer service and they are sending out a new one. Please don't hesitate to go with this company.

I took a shot ordering this trying to put off knee replacement surgery. I felt noticeable improvement the first time I used it and was very impressed. I've been using it about 2 or 3 weeks now and the pain is considerably less in both knees and I'm able to walk up and down stairs much easier. I hope the improvement continues!

I had a knee massager that quit working after about three months but was warranted for one year. I contacted Treatmeda and a senior supervisor whose name was Jazzel corresponded with me several times quickly and had a new replacement sent as per their warrenty. However my greatest expression with the company was Jazzel who replied pronto was very good with the customer I can see why she is the senior advisor . I own a company so I do know the values needed in customer relations

The massage machine is well built it seems to be working but not as fast as I was hoping it would do

Even though I was unable to use the treatmedy knee device, due to diabetes. However, Treatmeddy honored their guarantee. I appreciate not getting the run around. Thank you.
