For me the process and fast delivery were good. The instruction to size down when you order was very helpful. My shoes were a perfect fit and they were comfortable.

Easy to order. Great product. Noticing good improvement in first week.

1. There was no issue with ordering and delivering. 2. The bunion support 'braces' do relive pain better than those I used all year previously. 3. The only inconvenience is that the wheels to adjust support not working unless I pop the cover up. Also, I wish to wear them at night, but they won't stay in place.
