Just received it and am impressed with first use

I have owned my Knee Treatmedy for 2 years now and recently I could not get it to start. I emailed the support line and was pleased to get a prompt reply on some things to check such as the right charging power supply. As it turned out this resolved my issue quickly and helped me to start using it again. This product has been a game changer for me as I await surgery on my knee. It is much more manageable. Trevor

My very first email/question was answered promptly and professionally - my product arrived in packaging that was exemplary for a mail order, and each item package was the same. The product (bunion device) is extremely well made - which prompts my questioning any reviews stating poor quality, they are very well made! They are on my feet and doing exactly what they stated they would do! My experience with other companies lately has been dismal, and it was so gratifying to deal with a company that indeed marketed a quality product. Kudos. These will last a lifetime. They are a great alternative to surgery that does not work. I wear them every evening and have seen improvements in my knees already.

When i checked on my order they searched and found the error I made on my email address and corrected it for me. When my product arrived it was broken, they quickly replaced my oder with a new one.

This is working great for me. I've been using this product on both feet for a few months. One of my bunions was a lot more pronounced than the other, making it painful to walk on occasion when the inflammation was too bad. Within 2 weeks, the pain was gone. After about 2 months, my most severe bunion that looked like the joint was locked into a bad alignment started being mobile. I wear the Bunion Fix mainly at night, and will always remember how amazing it was to eventually wake up and my toe's alignment was much improved. I have to keep on wearing it at night so it doesn't return to it's bad alignment, and that doesn't bother me anymore. I can sleep like a baby wearing it most of the night. I'm so happy with my purchase. Clearly, I'm not going to need surgery to fix this when I'm older. Best purchase ever.

I ordered products and received them in great condition in a reasonable amount of time. I have the Bunion Fix and the Hand Massager. Both are great for helping with pain! I have corresponded with TreatMedy and couple of times and received polite and personal responses. Great customer service!

Great service with excellent communication. Product seems to be great although I haven't used the bunion device regularly but when I have the pain in bed is less.
