did NOT receive a "THANK YOU NOTE". And, I do not want not receiving this "THANK YOU NOTE" to hinder my FULL MONETARY REFUND. Your website's Return Policy also DOES NOT have this "THANK YOU NOTE". Here is what your website says: Please make sure the items are in their original packaging, in good working condition, don't have visible signs of use, and all the manuals and other accessories are included in your return. Please advise as soon as possible, as this Return Process is by far the most complicated one I have had to deal with buying items online. Thank you for TRUSTPILOT for TREATMEDY to get back to me a whole lot sooner than before. Which took almost one week.

Bunion fix is either faulty or just poor quality as it doesnt move the toe into position. Customer service responded with every email and said they do not do returns even for faulty product. They offered 50% and I keep product. Then 75% and just as I had approached my bank they came in at 100%...which is exactly the operating proceedure of some dicey companies I have dealt with. Product arrived from Hong Kong for this USA company and bunion sl;eeve was of very poor quality. Just be careful if buying here. I now use freestylefeet in Australia and very happy with the help from this physiotherapist., and his products and advice.
