I absolutely love Treasure Realty; both as a former owner, following the passing of my mother and as a renter. Kelly Hunt is my favorite!

I have been coming to Topsail for 10 years and have always rented through Treasure Realty. Everyone in the rental office is friendly and helpful, even when we locked ourselves out of our rental on the way to dinner!

Super friendly, always helpful and had no issues. I normally deal with private renters, but using Treasure Reality was just as easy!

We love The Treasure Realty family! They’re responsive to special questions and requests, and when we arrive for check in everyone is fast and friendly. In our years of vacationing with Treasure Realty we have rarely ever experienced any issues, but when we did have an issue they handled it immediately and checked back in to ensure our vacation was going smoothly.

Your payment policy with 3 payments, with the initial payment nearly 15-20% of total is pricey. The first payment is due at the end of the vacation since we book the house for the next year, same week. This requires us to have significant money available at the same time as we are finishing the family vacation... We do love your general responsiveness and check-in policy is fair too.

The realty group was responsive to our concerns. However, given the holiday week (4th of July 2018) fixes were not necessarily readily available. The most difficult thing to understand was the insurance vs. paying for damages deposit portion of the registration. Struggled a bit with paying by credit card the deposit because most information went back and forth via email. I had a request to email the credit card information, which is a terrible idea. I had to call during the business day to give the information over the phone.

Had no issues. Loved topsail island hope to return soon.
