Ripped off for oil change
Charged for oil change for a whole year when I only received 1 oil change. I was quoted a less buyout charge and charged instead the full price for the whole year. I was ripped off.

Hi Eddie, we are sorry if you had any confusion on the term of the oil change service plan. As outlined in the agreement prior to purchase there is a minimum period of 12 months. It does look like we completed 2 oil change services for you. Of course, we are happy to work with you to find a resolution if you have any unresolved concerns.
